Product Manager – StorageGuard

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Focus on our new security solution, StorageGuard.
• Execute the full range of customer-facing including presales and technical account management.
• Drive the execution of product lifecycle, including research, planning, roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and other peers to deliver high-quality features.
• Work with major enterprises worldwide (especially US & Europe).

Detailed description

• Execute the full range of customer-facing pre-sales activities, including: presentations, consultative solution selling, requirements analysis, management of POCs, and technical deep-dive sessions to support sales activities.
• Serve as a critical point-of-contact between Continuity and its StorageGuard customers.
• Using both technical and business perspectives, help customers to maximize the value from StorageGuard™ and identify growth opportunities.
• Research, define, collect, prioritize and communicate product requirements and features, while interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
• Meet customers face to face as a product expert at events and user conferences.

Position Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical and/or product management roles for Enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, especially (1) Infrastructure Security; (2) Enterprise Storage & Backup.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills – with both senior management and technical audiences.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proven project and process management skills – an advantage.
• Attention to detail.
• Highly analytical with the ability to research and analyze technical information.
• Strong communication skills working with end users as well as with sales and engineering teams.
