Technical Account Manager


We are seeking a talented Technical Account Manager to join our team.


  • You will serve as a critical point-of-contact between Continuity and its customers.
  • Using both technical and business perspectives, help customers to maximize the value from AvailabilityGuard™ and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with different teams in the company- sales, customer success, support, product and R&D.


  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with large local and international enterprise companies (financial services, telecom, energy, gov, etc.).
  • Understanding of datacenter and application architectures (A/A, A/P, LB, HA, DR, Web App, DB).
  • The ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Location: Tel Aviv + periodic overseas travel.
