Gil Hecht has been serving as CEO of Continuity Software since he founded the company in 2005. He is responsible for building Continuity Software leadership in the Data Protection Optimization space and setting the vision for the company.

Before founding Continuity Software, Gil was the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Savantis Systems, the leading provider of database virtualization solutions. Before founding Savantis, Gil was the Vice President of Business Development at Aladdin Knowledge Systems (NASDAQ: ALDN), the market leader in Software Security. Gil originally joined Aladdin as R&D Manager, and was responsible for the conception and development of several successful commercial products.

Steve has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. He is the former VP of Sales & Channels at Revivio, the leader in Continuous Data Protection software. The company was acquired by Symantec in Nov 2006.

In that role, he led Revivio’s go-to-market strategy, and was responsible for driving the company's direct sales, channel programs, and forming OEM partnerships. Prior to Revivio, he spent 5 years at Dothill Systems, a publicly traded, leading network storage provider. At Dothill, Steve ran the North American sales organization and was instrumental in helping the company grow to $250M.

Previously he was VP Sales & Marketing for East Coast Electronics, a custom, application-server startup, where he oversaw direct and channel sales and was responsible for growing revenues from zero to $37M in 5 years.

Doron Pinhas has been serving as VP Field Operations of Continuity Software since he joined the company in 2005.

Prior to joining Continuity Software, Doron was with Xpert Integrated Systems LTD., a leading Israeli SI, since 1998, first serving as its COO and later forming the Business Continuity Solutions division.

Prior to joining Xpert, Doron served in the Israeli Defense Force for 10 years as a senior product developer and system architect, retiring as a Major.

Doron has over 17 years of experience in data and storage management, real-time applications, operating system design and development, and open system and networking architecture definition.

Guy Sheffer has been serving as VP Research & Development of Continuity Software since he joined the company in 2007.

Prior to joining Continuity Software, Guy was with Jacada (NASDAQ: JCDA), a leading provider of customer service unified desktop and process optimization solutions. Guy served in various R&D management positions managing the R&D effort of several of the company's products. His last position at Jacada was VP Research and Development.

Prior to joining Jacada, Guy served in the Israeli Defense Force for 6 years in various R&D positions.
