Technical Support Engineer


Location: Israel, Tel Aviv

We are searching for Technical Support Engineer to be the part of our Customer Success team.


  • Provide technical support to worldwide customers and partners over web, phone, mail and other channels;
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups are done in a timely manner;
  • Run online sessions with customer to understand and troubleshoot issues, providing workarounds and solutions;
  • Perform root cause analysis for technical issues;
  • Document problem resolution steps, maintain and update internal knowledge base;
  • Work closely with R&D team;


  • Working days – Sunday – Thursday;
  • Ability to work in shifts (a mix of 9:00 – 18:00/15:00 – 24:00, distributed 50/50)
  • 3+ years of experience with large enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Previous experience with technical services for international customers
  • General understanding of virtualization, system and storage concepts (e.g. LUN, WWN, SAN/NAS, Cluster, VM, Virtual network, Container)
  • Understanding of datacenter and application architectures (A/A, A/P, LB, HA, DR, Web App, DB)
  • Highly technical and analytical thinker
  • Knowledge in VMware / Windows AD, GPO / Shell scripting / AWK / SQL – an advantage
  • Fluent in English – a must
