Office Manager

As the office manager, you will manage the day to day activity and also work closely with the finance team.

Professional Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Office Management of day-to-day activities
  • Reception from 9 to 18
  • Manage office vendors
  • Onboarding of employees
  • Office and IT purchasing
  • Welfare

Skills and Qualifications:

  • English Mother tongue – a must.
  • Knowledge in Office – Excel, Word – a must.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administration from hi-tech company – a must.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree – advantage.
  • Reporting to VP Finance.
  • Full time position in Ramat-HaHayal, Tel Aviv
