Gap Knowledgebase
Continuity Software
enriches its gaps signatures knowledgebase by a team of experienced Data Protection
and Disaster Recovery professionals and experts working to research, model and document new gap signatures,
in order to enhance RecoverGuard’s detection
capabilities. Our knowledgebase contains over 1500 signatures of
Data Protection and Disaster Recovery risks, and we update and add
new risks on a daily basis.
Our team employs the following processes on each gap:
| 1. |
Identify: A new gap is identified by either the Continuity Research Lab, a field team member or by a customer. |
 |
| 2. |
Research:
each gap is researched and documented in the RecoverGuard
knowledgebase, including related priorities and its impact on
the customer environment. |
 |
| 3. |
Model:
using proprietary technologies, gap signatures are generated and modeled into the RecoverGuard
knowledgebase. |
 |
| 4. |
Publish: Updated
knowledgebase database are periodically published to customers. |
 |
Once a sufficient number of new signatures
has been identified and modeled, an updated gap database is sent to RecoverGuard customers worldwide. This ensures that:
| 1. |
You are constantly protected against new discovered Data Protection vulnerabilities. |
 |
| 2. |
You can benefit from the experience of others and adopt industry best practices. |
 |
| 3. |
New gaps can be added to include specific customer tests. |
